Dr. Chasse and LVT Sam just visited our home for the first time today. We have 2 elderly Siberian Huskies - 1 who is a nervous nelly and 1 who is a princess. These ladies were super patient, kind, gentle with both of my fur babies and very communicative with me about everything they were doing and how to manage my dogs' problem areas moving forward. Not to mention - the pricing for services is *better* than taking them to a clinical setting. A win-win all around! I am so extremely grateful to have found this team. I am so glad we found Heart Of Maine! Dr. Chasse and her team have been wonderful! They treated our German Shepherd, Ares after what we initially thought was just a leg injury and followed him through until we unfortunately had to put him down. She left no stone unturned when treating Ares and they showed such compassion when it was time to say goodbye. Dr. Chasse now sees our other German Shepherd, Callie and our German Shorthaired pointer, Birdie. Heart of Maine came to our house outside their normal radius to help us say goodbye to our best friend earlier today. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. So compassionate and very informative, they created an incredibly peaceful experience. The professionalism and true care helped with the process of acceptance so much. Heart of Maine has been absolutely amazing! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! We have been struggling with some mystery gastrointestinal issues in the 3 oldest of our 6 kitties. When our first boy Odin got sick they replied right away to my panicked text messages and made time that day to come and see him. Shortly after 2 more cate Penelope and then Sydnee started showing the same symptoms and they were super kind about me blowing them up daily with ALL of my concerns.  They are all now doing much better. I can't say enough good things. Most Veterinarians Ive been to act like im giving them an overload of too much info and like I cant possibly know what im talking about, or know my cats.  The way they were appreciative of the abundance of info I gave them really made me feel heard, which is important when it comes to my furbabies. They didnt make me feel any pressure or like I was being pushed to make a certain decisions for the cats. 100 out of 10 recommend Heart of Maine. They really care about our animal babies and are so gentle and sweet with them! Also as this matters to people particularly in this economy, their prices are really affordable. The price feels appropriate for what's being done and I didnt feel like they were asking too much for any  exam or medication. Not too bad at all Especially for a unplanned house call! No one wants their pets sick, but god forbid it happens, I can tell they will have my back and help however possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Heart of Maine Mobile Veterinary Services, and have already done so. Dr. Chasse left no stone unturned when treating  our dog, Simone. She, and Andrew showed such kindness and compassion. They put both us, and her, at ease immediately. Questions and concerns were addressed promptly and Dr. Chasse always took us into consideration. I want to thank you again for your visit yesterday with Isabella. I had no idea how the appointment would go given Izzy’s aversion to strangers. I knew I couldn’t transport her to an appointment, so having someone come here was my only option. Your skill, patience, and gentle way of dealing with her far exceeded my expectations of how this would all transpire. You were truly rock stars, and I am so impressed with all that you did – getting a blood sample, checking her cyst, and doing a general examination. She seemed fine the rest of the day – no trauma or seizures, so I would say the appointment was a ringing success. On a scale of 1-10, you get a 20. I so wish you were closer. I have never had such a positive experience with Izzy and a vet appointment. Your prompt and professional response to my original inquiry led me to believe that I was dealing with a first-class operation, and you certainly proved that to be correct.

A service such is yours is so wonderful, and I cannot thank you enough for going outside your regular service area to accommodate Isabella and me. If you ever need a recommendation or endorsement, I would be more than pleased to provide that. – Vicky R.
