September 13, 2025 We would not hesitate to recommend Heart of Maine Mobile Veterinary Services, and have already done so. Dr. Chasse left no stone unturned when treating our dog, Simone. She, and Andrew showed such kindness and compassion. They put both us, and her, at ease immediately. Questions and concerns were addressed promptly and Dr. Chasse always took us into consideration. She listened to our concerns and considered them when making treatment recommendations. We couldn’t imagine having a better, more caring, veterinarian for our pet.

March 26, 2025 - We are so grateful for this service. Having two large senior dogs makes it really difficult to go to the vet, especially when the drive is farther away. It is so nice to have Dr. Michelle Chasse and her team come to your home, and they are so great with our pets. Also their prices are super affordable. It’s a win-win all around!

July 21, 2025 We just had our first visit with HOM Mobile Vet Services and it was the best vet experience Jed has ever had! Staying in his own environment and their calm demeanors set him at ease immediately! It was like he had company who brought him treats! They took time getting our dog comfortable with them, prices are very comparable to an in office setting and I didnt have to figure out how to juggle children and my dog! I want to thank you again for your visit yesterday with Isabella. I had no idea how the appointment would go given Izzy’s aversion to strangers. I knew I couldn’t transport her to an appointment, so having someone come here was my only option. Your skill, patience, and gentle way of dealing with her far exceeded my expectations of how this would all transpire. You were truly rock stars, and I am so impressed with all that you did – getting a blood sample, checking her cyst, and doing a general examination. She seemed fine the rest of the day – no trauma or seizures, so I would say the appointment was a ringing success. On a scale of 1-10, you get a 20. I so wish you were closer. I have never had such a positive experience with Izzy and a vet appointment. Your prompt and professional response to my original inquiry led me to believe that I was dealing with a first-class operation, and you certainly proved that to be correct.
A service such is yours is so wonderful, and I cannot thank you enough for going outside your regular service area to accommodate Isabella and me. If you ever need a recommendation or endorsement, I would be more than pleased to provide that. – Vicky R.
