These prices are only applicable at the Jackman Veterinary Clinics and subject to change as needed to reflect changes in cost.
WELLNESS EXAMS
$80 – Wellness Exam (1st pet)
$65 – Each Additional Pet (Seen on the same date/time of visit)
– Required by law for all vaccinations, medications, and treatments. 
– – All initial wellness appointments require an exam.

SIMPLE SICK EXAMS
$100 – Sick Exam (1st pet)
$75 – Each Additional Pet (Seen on the same date/time of visit)

VACCINES
$30 – 1- or 3-Year Rabies Vaccine (Dog/Cat Rabies) (3 year with prior proof of rabies vaccine)
$50 – 1-Year Cat Specific Rabies (Cat)
$45 – Distemper Vaccine (Cats: 3-way, Dogs: 4-way) **
$45 – Leptospirosis Vaccine (Dogs) **
$45 – Bordetella Vaccine (Kennel Cough) (Dogs)
$75 – Lyme Vaccine (Dogs) **
$50 – Leukemia Vaccine (Cats) **

ONLINE PHARMACY
Access to online pharmacy, after physical exam, for ongoing flea/tick treatments and medication(s) for up to one year from appointment.

VIRTUAL VISITS ($75 for up to 45 min call)
Due to current state regulations regarding the use of virtual veterinary visits, these are only available for follow-up appointments or if your pet has been seen by us in-person within the last year. For more information regarding these visits, please contact us.
***THESE VACCINES REQUIRE BOOSTERS IF NO PRIOR PROOF OR IF THEY ARE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OVERDUE TO MAKE SURE YOUR PET IS PROTECTED.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Heart of Maine Mobile Veterinary Services, LLC is providing these services to the residents of Jackman and surrounding communities.

1. This service requires owners and their pet to pre-register for a wellness or sick exam appointment. These appointments will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. We may adjust our times according to the needs of the community in order to accommodate as many pets and families as possible. Dogs and Cats only at this time.  

2. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others please have all dogs leashed and all cats in carriers. If your dog is reactive, please let us know at the time of scheduling the appointment. We will make sure to have special accommodations for your pet. 

3. While you will have a scheduled appointment slot, it is possible we may be running behind or ahead of schedule. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment time. Please be patient if we are running behind. Certain pets need extra time with handling – we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and for the safety of our staff will result in cancellation of your appointment time.  

4. Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Card, CareCredit, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp are accepted forms of payment. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
